Dan Evans has been banned from tennis for a year by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) after Analyzing positive for cocaine earlier this year however has vowed to rebuild his career. The ITF reported the length of Evans' suspension on Tuesday, almostsix months after he failed the Analysis at the Barcelona unlock in April. Evans was informed of the positive Analysis in June & uncovered the break news at an emotional press conference. He admitted taking cocaine, saying the ITF, that oversees the Tennis Anti-Doping program, that he had done so on April 20. Evans' specialized, Dr Pascal Kintz, argued the sosmall amount of the drug present in Evans' Analysis was consistent by inadvertent contamination, & that was accepted by the ITF.
