In-home recruiting pushes St. Joseph's boys tennis team to Fresh heights

(picture: PROVIDED)At the finish of final season, St. Joseph's Catholic School tennis player Mack Self came to coach Kevin Meyer by an idea. Self's idea was to recruit various students from the St. Joseph's student body who had typically played just year-round competitive tennis. four for St. Joseph's, that has 2 wins over Christ Church & another over Class AAAAA J.L. MannMeyer, in his 2nd year as coach at St. Joseph's, graduated from Bishop Britain in 1986.

Brock Anderson (27 assists), Matthew Minkin (9 kills, 7 digs) & Braden Richard (6 kills, 5 digs, 5 aces) paced Central. Suburban was led with Nate Bowman (13 kills, ten digs), Declan Ridings (eleven kills), Noah Chojnacki (24 assists, ten digs) & Harrison Gettle (eleven digs). The K-D stat leaders were Noah McConville (9 kills, 6 digs) & Landon Delp (eleven digs, 22 assists).

Moravian Academy, Liberty repeat in territory eleven team tennis finals

according to BETHLEHEM - Both the Moravian Academy & Liberty boys tennis teams were looking for a repeat heading into their territory eleven team tennis championship matches on Thursday at Lehigh University. Snyder registered a six-two, six-four beat over Sam Zahn. one doubles team of Anthony Ronca-Jacob Wong were equally as impressive in their six-one, six-four triumph over Jonah Grob-Ankit Lenka. two singles, Robbie Shaff fought off Joel Thompson, six-four, six-four. I'm soproud."Despite the loss, Saucon Valley coach Joann Ochse was pleased by her team's performance.
