Men's & ladies's Tennis Present Team AwardsCourtesy: Duke Sports InformationRelease:DURHAM, N.C. – Before NCAA Team Championship action begins for Duke's men's & ladies's tennis teams, each squad named its Charles Hamilton Hargrave generality Valuable Player for the 2017-18 campaign. The award, presented for the 4th consecutive season, went to junior Ellyse Hamlin on the ladies's side & sophomore Nick Stachowiak repeated as MVP for the men's team. The men's team too presented the 2nd annual Robert C. Taylor Leadership Award to junior Jason Lapidus. Charles Hamilton Hargrave was 1 of the Blue Devils' premier men's team captains, lettering for the programme in 1927-28. His family wanted to save his memory alive within the Duke Tennis programme & endowed the MVP award in his name.
